Kids World accepts exchanges and returns of unworn, unwashed garments, and unopened items within 2 working days of the purchase date. Returns must be accompanied by the original receipt and can only be processed at the store where the collection is available. Returns are usually processed within 7 to 10 days, and you will receive a Return Notification email once your return is complete. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 1-3 business days after the return is processed.
